These photos on this page were taken directly from a video tape during field testing, and everything was timed with a stop watch while we used the simplest of tools. In fact, a good mechanic with the proper tools at his or her disposal could have reduced the time by almost half.
The longest time was 45 minutes for the carburator, the shortest period of one minute for the stove bolts. On the average exhaust systems come apart in four to five minutes. Lugbuster, our fastest and cheapest penetrating oil is formulated to work on the average of 2 minutes. Marine PAL, which has many more uses than Lugbuster, is timed to work on the average of four minutes.

Desert PAL contains no Teflon or polymers, and one ounce treats
1 quart of lube oil. It may be added to greases also for additional
bearing protection. We have finally decided to put it out on a
limited basis in the United States. It will only be available in
small quantites up to 5 gallon sized containers. The US military may
purchase it by the drum. NATO and other allied countries will have to
make arrangements through the US Military for this PAL
product.
Leroy King of Spokane
Washington has a contract delivering mail to and from nine different
Post Office locations in the northeastern part of Washington
state. He runs the same
route daily with the same road and weather conditions throughout the
year. Leroy keeps very accurate and meticulous expense records. Prior
to this he had been a long haul truck driver for 25 years and is an
experienced diesel mechanic. Leroy has been using Desert PAL in his
diesel trucks for the past 2 years and reports the following:
